Fire Prevention Tips: Protection, Planning and Practice
Approximately 80% of all United States fire deaths occur in the
home. Every year fire kills approximately six thousand Americans.

The Groesbeck Volunteer Fire Department provides fire protection
for the City of Groesbeck as well as the rural areas of Limestone
County. Several of the more than thirty firemen have certifications
as EMT-Paramedics in addition to their regular firefighting
training. These dedicated people meet regularly for planning and
training. In addition they do fund-raising to meet many of the needs of the
Fire Department.
