Office Hours:

Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with the exception of scheduled holidays).

The office is closed during the lunch hour from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The court staff is made up of a Judge and Court Clerk. The staff is dedicated to continually improving education and strives to provide friendly customer service.

Payments in person can be made in the form of money order, cashier’s check or personal check. Payments by mail must be made in the form of a check or money order (do not mail cash), make checks or money orders payable to City of Groesbeck. You will need to contact the court to inquire about the amount of your fine and court costs on each violation. You must contact the court prior to contacting Traffic Payment to find out the amount you must pay. When you contact Traffic Payment.Com to pay your fine and costs, please have your ticket number handy.Payments may also be made by debit or credit card by calling 1-800-444-1187 or going online to;trafficpayment.com (a fee will apply)., but you must contact the court first to find out how much the fine and court costs will be.

No personal check will be accepted for payment of Warrants. If your warrant has been turned over to a collection agency you must contact the agency directly by calling 1-800-555-5160 and ask to speak to Larry Brown.

Plea forms or affidavits must be presented to the court by mail or in person with the original signature. The court will not accept these documents by fax.
