All events at the Convention Center which Alcoholic Beverages are sold, provided or consumed are required to have security for the duration of the event. More information is provided on the Convention Center Rental Agreement.

The City of Groesbeck Convention Center has just opened its new, spacious and modern facilities for all types of Events and Meetings.  The beautifully decorated building consists of a 5000 square foot Grand Hall, a 1300 square foot Club Room and an outside Veranda.  The Groesbeck Convention Center is the largest City Owned facility available for rent, providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

Below is a summary of the rooms available for rent at the Convention Center, the rental fees can be found by following the fee schedule link below.

The Grand Hall - This expansive banquet hall has classroom-type seating capacity of 460, banquet accommodations up to 320 and showcases two 80’ flat screen monitors and a state of the art sound system.  The Grand Hall also offers a portable stage for any configuration up to 12’ x 24’.  The audio/visual system is operated via the separate sound room.  Rental of the Grand Hall includes a built-in banquet serving bar and direct access to the full Caterer’s Kitchen.

 

The Club Room - The large meeting room has a 70” flat screen monitor, audio system and direct access to the warming kitchen.  Multiple seating and/or table arrangements accommodate up to 100 guests.

Full Caterer’s Kitchen - features two commercial grade refrigerators, convection ovens, chef’s stove, ice maker, large dish sinks, and stainless prep area.

Profession Warming Kitchen - offers stand up warmers, ice maker, glass front chiller, service bar and prep area.

Wi-Fi, Audio & Video - Enhance your events with the state of the art audio and internet systems available throughout the entire facility.

Flexible Set-Up Options - Customer set-up and break-down of the multiple available arrangements.  Your choice of 6 foot rectangular or 5 foot round tables.  This service is included with rental rate.
